All of that stuff, I just leave up to my agent. We'll just see how that goes. We'll just see what the Rams say.

I do know some of the player issues that we have, and the guys that played well and did not play well. That will be confronted and corrected, and if we have to make a change, we'll make a change.

I'm just heartsick about Rex Grossman. That's a coach's nightmare, that's a team's' nightmare. To have this happen is devastating.

At this point, what difference does it make in terms of this season?

I want to get him out on the field and get him involved with this team, that's first. Then, if he can eventually do something, that's great, but that's a stretch to say.

It's tragic for this football team, for that position to hold this whole football team hostage.

It's quite a deviation from what we've seen in the past few years from the Giants. They do a lot of things. You just don't know what you're going to get, so you have to be prepared.
